If anyone has any ideas about helping a 7 year old w/ ADD with spelling words I would greatly appreciate it. I think I've tried just about everything, but it never hurts to ask.

I am with you there on the WOW .lol I also was disgnosed "later in life" and I have had many people eyes widen when I tell them that meds, counseling and education has made a huge difference for me. It's not something you outgrow as so many people still seem to think. It's has been a re-birth of my soul as profound to me as the day I became a mother.I encourage adults to not be ashamed to admit that AD/HD has affected their lives and now are benefiting from treatment. Be free and learn!
