An Evening of Tribute: A Light Roasting of Chris Dendy

    $125 includes sit down dinner, entertainment and cash bar.

    CHADD will honor Hall of Fame winner Chris A. Zeigler Dendy with a Lifetime Achievement Award, CHADD’s highest honor. Plenty of laughs and appreciation for Chris’ many contributions will follow as those who know her well gently “skewer “ her. We may even let Chris get a word in too! Enjoy the entertainment of comedians Kim Kensington and Jerry Mills before and after a fabulous dinner, as we toast and roast the very special Chris Dendy!

Lunch with Luminaries

    $200 includes 4 course lunch

    Join four ADHD experts for an intimate dining experience at our 4th annual Lunch with Luminaries event! One prestigious Luminary will be at each table of ten people to answer attendees’ questions and chat during a delicious four course lunch. Our Luminaries eat one course with each table, then move on to the next giving all attendees access to each of the four Luminaries! Ask that personal question, get your book signed and experience our Luminaries in an informal setting. Only four tables are available. Last year’s participants raved about the experience so don’t miss this opportunity to meet and get to know leaders in the field of ADHD. The following Luminaries are confirmed: Dr. Ari Tuckman, Dr. Tom Brown, Gina Pera, and Sharon Weiss.

Magnificent Mile City Tour

    Join fellow CHADD colleagues for a tour of the Magnificent Mile, Chicago’s famed boulevard. Viewing the city’s notable architecture, especially at night, is not to be missed! Accompanied by a tour guide you will see and learn about major attractions including the Sears and Willis (formerly Hancock) Towers, Water Tower Place, Millennium Park, the Navy Pier and much more. Enjoy a refreshing beverage as you take in the stunning Chicago skyline and chat with other conference-goers.

    *Trolly will depart from the hotel entrance.Transportation back to the Hyatt Regency O’Hare not provided. Hotel is accessible 24-hours via the Chicago subway. Just hop on the Blue Line and exit at the Rosemont stop. The hotel is 3-blocks from the Rosemont station.

Volunteer Leadership Training

    A free training will be provided at CHADD’s International Conference on ADHD in Rosemont, IL for current volunteers and for those who are interested in starting a CHADD support group in their community.

    Topic: If you build it, they will come! (Communication and coordination strategies that bring people to meetings.)

Private Social Function Policy

Social functions at which attendance is restricted to verbal or written invitations are not permitted to occur during any official CHADD activity. Hospitality suites and hosted events must be approved in advance by CHADD. CHADD reserves the right to postpone or delay any function conflicting with an official CHADD activity. Anyone hosting such events must receive prior approval and register their function(s) at the exhibitor counter in the registration area. To receive prior approval, please email conferences@chadd.org.
