Dr. Busch is a developmental pediatrician who has devoted her career to serving children, adolescents and young adults with ADHD, learning disabilities and related neurodevelopmental and psychiatric disorders. Currently in private consultative practice, she was the founding Clinical Director of the Center for Children with Special Needs at Tufts Medical Center. Dr. Busch is actively involved with teaching medical students at the Tufts University School of Medicine, and holds the appointment of Associate Clinical Professor, there. She is an internationally-known speaker and advisor on ADHD and its related disorders. She also has served on the Tufts Medical Center Institutional Review Board (IRB), and is currently a Trustee of Tufts University. Dr. Busch also serves as the Secretary to the Board of the American Professional Society for ADHD and Related Disorders (APSARD), and is on the Board of the Massachusetts Children's Trust.
