Shari Gent, M.S., Education Specialist, serves with the Diagnostic Center, Northern California, California Department of Education. Shari conducts trainings in behavioral and instructional strategies for students with ADHD to teachers in 351 school districts throughout Northern California. As part of a multidisciplinary team, she provides psycho-educational assessments for a wide variety of students. Shari has appeared on National Public Radio with experts in the field of attention deficit disorder. Shari serves on the editorial advisory board of Attention Magazine. In addition to her professional work, she parents a college student with ADHD, is a CHADD chapter coordinator, and a Parent to Parent teacher.
