Continuing Education

November 12-14, 2015
Hyatt Regency New Orleans
New Orleans, LA

Continuing Education Information

Conference attendees who wish to receive continuing education credits and a continuing education certificate of attendance at the 2015 Annual Meeting, must follow these steps:

1. Purchase continuing education credits using the 2015 Annual Conference Registration Form or in person at the registration desk located in the Celestin D Foyer of the meeting site (Hyatt Regency New Orleans).

2. Within 14 days following the Annual Conference (by Monday, November 30, 2015), attendees who purchased credits must complete an evaluation. Evaluations will be given to attendees at the conclusion of approved continuing education sessions. Attendees are asked to complete a general meeting evaluation, as well as session specific evaluations. Both types of evaluations must be completed in order to receive continuing education credit. The session-specific evaluation does ask questions pertaining to the session so it might be helpful to take session notes. Be sure to attend each session in its entirety as the evaluation includes an attestation statement, indicating attendance for the entire session.

3. In order to receive CE Certification you must complete both the conference and individual session evaluations, the CE Request Form, and sign in and out of each session attended. CE Certifications will be mailed and emailed to the address indicated on the evaluation approximately 3-4 weeks from the conclusion of the conference.
