Virtual Support Group Facilitator

Thank you for your interest in becoming a CHADD virtual support group facilitator. Provided below are the steps that you will need to embark upon in order to become an official virtual support group facilitator. We have two (2)  facilitators per virtual support group. Meetings are typically once per month on the same day/night and time. Meetings are 1 hour and 30 minutes long.

Step 2: Complete the forms and send them to CHADD National
The second step in volunteering to be a support group facilitator is to complete the following two forms:

  1. Volunteer Interest Form
  2. Vounteer Agreement

Step 3: Participate in facilitator training. You will receive an invite to participate from CHADD national staff after CHADD receives and processes your completed forms.

Step 4: We will match you with a co-facilitator.  After you have attended a virtual support group facilitator training, we will match you with a co-facilitator (if/when available) and meetings will begin.
