Volunteering for CHADD

CHADD's dedicated volunteers play an integral part in the organization's success by providing support, education and encouragement to parents, educators and professionals through CHADD support groups and Parent to Parent Training on ADHD. On a national level, volunteers work on various committees and the national board or directors and professional advisory board.

Long-Term Volunteering

  • Start a support group - Please follow the steps provided to start a group in your community.
  • Become a virtual support group facilitator - Please follow the steps provided to learn more about becoming a virtual support group facilitator.
  • Should I become a Parent to Parent Teacher?-Please visit the Parent to Parent section of our website to find upcoming trainings to become a certified teacher. If nothing is listed, we currently do not have upcoming trainings. 
  • Volunteer with an active CHADD Affiliate in your community-Please search our resource directory and contact the local CHADD volunteer expressing your interest in volunteering for your local CHADD.
  • Work on a national committee-Please contact us.  Select 'General Inquiries.'  In your email, let us know what committee(s) interests you and what skills/expertise you can offer.
