The Many Faces of ADHD

Get involved during ADHD Awareness Month! Learn how below. According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC,) ADHD is one of the most common neurobehavioral disorders of childhood. It is usually first diagnosed in childhood and often lasts into adulthood. Children with ADHD may have trouble paying attention, controlling impulsive behaviors (may act without thinking about what the result will be), or be overly active.[1]

October 20-24, 2014 is #ADHDGivingWeek. CHADD is raising money to train teachers to effectively teach children with ADHD. Learn how you can help.
