the CHADD Conference.
The Crowne Plaza offers the Ohio Connection shuttle
service that you will need to make reservations for in advance.
The cost for one way transporation is $16.00 per person. This shuttle
travels back and forth to CLE (Cleveland International Airport). Contact

A special rate of $139 has been negotiated at Marriott
for the CHADD Conference.
Please identify yourself as a CHADD conference attendee to receive the
discounted rate.
The discounted hotel rates are for CHADD
conference participants only and are available during the dates of
October 4-11, 2009. The discounted rates will be available for
reservations until September 4, 2009, or until the CHADD room block
fills up. Please make your reservations early.
The Marriott Downtown at Key Center hotel will
impose an early departure fee for all guests who register for a
specified length of stay and check out early. Their registration staff
will make every effort to confirm the departure date upon check-in to
minimize any confusion.

Travel Information
Getting downtown after you've landed:
Airport Shuttle: We have made
arrangements for a discounted rate with the Ohio Connection Shuttle
service. The round trip discounted fee be $20.00, regularly $16.00 one
way - a saving of $12.00. Thi Ohio Connection will have representatives
at the Cleveland airport baggage claim area who will guide you to their

The Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority
(RTA) provides convenient service to and from Cleveland Hopkins
International Airport (CLE). RTA's red line provides regular service
between CLE and downtown Cleveland via the Tower City Station. The trip
takes less than 30 minutes, and trains depart from CLE every fifteen
minutes for the majority of the day.
RTA's station at CLE is located on the lower level of
the main terminal. To reach the RTA station, travelers should use the
elevators or escalators located in the center of the ticketing and
baggage claim levels.

Hotel:
From Cleveland-Hopkins International Airport
(CLE): Take I-71 North to Downtown. Exit 171B to Ontario Street
and proceed North about ½ mile. Turn right on St. Claire Avenue,
then right on West Mall Drive. Hotel is located on West Mall Drive off
of Public Square in the heart of downtown Cleveland.
This hotel does not provide shuttle service.
Registration Confirmation and On Site Badges
All who register via the internet
will receive an email confirmation. Other registrations will be notified
via postal mail by September 27. Upon arrival at the hotel, please come
to the booth marked pre registration to pick up your conference packet
and badge, and bring your confirmation letter with you. Attendees who do
not receive a confirmation letter may pick up their badges and materials
at the registration desk. Display of conference badge is required for
admission to all conference sessions, activities and exhibit
hall.
On-Site/Walk-in Registration
Conference Registration facilities will be maintained at
the Cleveland Convention Center. Payment of onsite registration
may be made by check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. No
cash payment will be accepted onsite. Walk-in registrations will be
taken on a space available basis.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in
writing and must be postmarked by September 15, 2009 to qualify for a
refund. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from the total
registration fee. Substitutes are always welcomed and no-shows will be
billed. You may transfer your registration fee, minus the $50
cancellation fee, to another individual by mailing or faxing a written
request stating the person's name and address. CHADD will contact you
both should additional fees apply to the new registrant. All
transfers must be postmarked by September 15, 2009. All refunds will be
processed after the conference.
