A special rate of $185
single/double occupancy has been negotiated at for the CHADD
Conference.
Please identify yourself as a CHADD conference attendee to
receive the discounted rate. The discounted hotel rates are for CHADD
conference participants only and are available during the dates of
November 10-13, 2010. The discounted rates will be available for
reservations until October 18, 2010, or until the CHADD room block fills
up. Please make your reservations early.
A dedicated booking website has been created for our
event so you will be able to make, modify and cancel your hotel
reservations online, as well as take advantage of any room
upgrades, amenities or other services offered by the hotel. Online and
phone reservations will be accepted from 06/09/2010.

Ground Transportation:
Getting downtown after you’ve landed:
• The Links Shuttle fee is $16 one way and $28 round trip. It
runs every 30 minutes, at 10 minutes and 40 minutes after the hour.

• MARTA is Atlanta’s public train system. It connects
to the baggage terminal at the airport and is a 15–minute ride to
the Hyatt Regency Atlanta on Peachtree Street. Take the northbound train
to the Peachtree Center Station stop which is one stop north of the Five
Points transfer station. Exit the train and take the escalator up
towards Peachtree Center Mall. Once inside the mall, follow the signs to
the covered walkway into the hotel. Fee: $1.75 per
ride.
• Taxis are $30 one way plus $2.00 for each additional
passenger.

Directions
When traveling northbound on 75/85, driving from Hartsfield-Jackson
International Airport (12 miles), or traveling on Interstate 20 west and
eastbound:
Take 75/85 North, take the right-hand exit 248-C (International Blvd.).
Turn left onto International Blvd. Turn right at the third traffic light
onto Peachtree Center Avenue. Hyatt Regency Atlanta's Motor Lobby
entrance is one block on the left.
When traveling southbound on 75/85, and traveling from GA 400:
Exit 249-C (Williams Street). Go straight off exit. At the fourth
traffic light, turn left onto Harris Street. Then take the third left
onto Peachtree Center Avenue. Hyatt Regency Atlanta's Motor Lobby
entrance is on the left.
Parking:
The Hyatt only offers valet parking. Guests should enter and exit
Hyatt's motor lobby behind the hotel off of Peachtree Center Avenue.
CHADD conference attendees staying at hotel will have their overnight
parking run at a 20% discount off of current rates. The
overnight parking rate is currently $27.00 so CHADD guests will pay
$21.60 overnight and will be billed to their room folio.
For local metro Atlanta commuters, please valet park in the motor
lobby. When exiting the garage, present your conference name tag badge
to the AAA Parking cashier at the motor lobby exit to receive the 20%
discount All AAA Parking staff and cashiers will be aware that CHADD
guests receive a 20% discount off current parking rates.
No self parking is available at the Hyatt.
There are public garages close to the hotel at $15 - $18
per day.
Roommate Service:
Traveling alone? Share
the cost of accommodations with another attendee and save big!
We’ll provide you with a list of people who wish to share a
room. To add your name to or obtain a copy of the roommate list,
contact Megan_Feeley@chadd.org or call the CHADD
conference department at 301-306-7070, ext. 108. We supply the
name, you make the choice.
Registration Confirmation and On Site Badges:
All who register via the internet will receive an email
confirmation. Other registrations will be notified via postal mail by
October 29. Upon arrival at the Hyatt Regency Atlanta on Peachtree
Street, please follow signs to the CHADD Registration and come to the
booth marked pre registration where you will receive your conference
packet and badge. Please bring your confirmation letter with you.
Attendees who do not receive a confirmation letter may
pick up their badges and materials at the registration desk. Display of
conference badge is required for admission to all conference sessions,
activities and exhibit hall.
On-Site/Walk-in Registration
Conference Registration facilities will be maintained at the Hyatt
Regency Atlanta Hotel. Payment of onsite registration may be made
by check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. No cash
payment will be accepted onsite. Walk-in registrations will be taken on
a space available basis.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received in
writing and must be postmarked by October 15, 2010 to qualify for a
refund. A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from the total
registration fee. Substitutes are always welcomed and no-shows will be
billed. You may transfer your registration fee, minus the $50
cancellation fee, to another individual by mailing or faxing a written
request stating the person's name and address. CHADD will contact you
both should additional fees apply to the new registrant. All
transfers must be postmarked by October 15, 2010. All refunds will be
processed after the conference.
