concurrent sessions per day are available. Lunch provided by CHADD.

CHADD 2012 Annual Conference Grant
Levels
The following are opportunities for grants in connection with
the 24th Annual CHADD International Conference. Sponsors have
the option of designating a portion of the grant for education sessions
and for designated meetings and social functions, coffee breaks, and
registration scholarships. Please contact Chief Development Officer,

PRESIDENT'S CIRCLE $250,000 and higher
Grantor Receives:
1. Preeminent recognition as a President's Circle
Contributor
2. Corporate logo prominently shown in CHADD Annual Conference
program book
3. Acknowledgment of the grant will be made at the Opening
Session
4. Acknowledgment of support on signs throughout the
conference
5. Acknowledgment of specific sponsorship of up to 12 conference
sessions to be chosen from the conference program
6. Acknowledgment of support by level on the list of grantors in
the conference program
7. Six complimentary conference registrations
8. Discount on exhibit space with top priority in selection of
space (50%)
9. Grantor is encouraged to provide financial support for the 2012
CHADD Annual Conference
DIAMOND LEVEL $175,000 - $249,999
Grantor Receives:
1. Recognition as a Diamond Level Contributor;
