CHADD 2008 ANNUAL CONFERENCE GRANT LEVELS

The following are opportunities for grants in connection with the 20th Annual CHADD International Conference. Sponsors have the option of designating a portion of the grant for education sessions and for designated meetings and social functions, coffee breaks, and registration scholarships. PRESIDENT'S CIRCLE $130,000 and higher
Grantor Receives:

1.  Preeminent recognition as a President's Circle Contributor;
2.  Corporate logo prominently shown in CHADD Annual Conference program book;
3.  Acknowledgment of the grant will be made at the Opening Session and at the VIP and Awardees Reception;
4.  Acknowledgment of support on signs throughout the conference;
5.  Acknowledgment of specific sponsorship of up to 12 conference sessions to be chosen from the conference program;.
6.  Acknowledgment of support by level on the list of grantors in the conference program;
7.  Six complimentary conference registrations;
