CHADD Charity Golf Classic
Supports Mission, Creates Public Awareness About AD/HD

A great day of golf and a noteworthy auction are highlights of the Ninth Annual CHADD Charity Golf Classic on Monday, May 11, 2009 at Norbeck Country Club, Rockville, Maryland. The event is being presented by CHADD, the nation’s leading nonprofit organization serving people affected by Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (AD/HD). Proceeds will benefit the programs and services of CHADD and its local participating chapters.

Creating more public awareness about attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder that affects millions of children and adults remains a primary goal along with raising funds for CHADD.

The tournament is expected to attract a field of more than 100 golfers to this Captain’s Choice (scramble) event.

The schedule:
• Registration and check-in begins at 10:00 AM.
• Buffet lunch opens at 11:00 AM.
• Shotgun tee off time is 12:15 PM. 
• Silent auction displays and exhibits set up in the ballroom throughout the day. 
• Cash bar reception opens at 5:30 PM followed by banquet with awards and prizes. The event will be at Norbeck Country Club, 17200 Cashell Road, Rockville, MD, telephone (301) 774-7700. 

Golf players, golf foursomes and other attendees  can register online or by downloading and submitting the applications.
