VA at the CHADD 20th Anniversary Hall of Fame Conference
The event: The CHADD 20th Anniversary Gala Dinner
Celebration on Thursday, November 8, takes place after Thursday morning
visits to Congressional offices by CHADD Annual Conference attendees and
the Hyatt Regency afternoon exhibit hall displays and exhibit hall grand
opening reception. Dinner is served at 7:30 p.m., preceded by Gala
reception at 6:30 p.m.

Highlights: James Carville, nationally renowned
political strategist and television analyst, will give an emotional,
upbeat and motivating account of his own AD/HD challenges. Dr. Yvonne
Pennington will accept an award on behalf of Ty Pennington and their
family and tell how Ty met the challenges of AD/HD. CHADD Co-Founder
Harvey Parker's video will feature highlights of CHADD progress and you
will hear from leaders, members and friends of CHADD on the
organization's social impact. Prominent members of Congress (Sen. Edward
M. Kennedy, Rep. David Obey and Rep. Ralph Regula) and all CHADD Hall of
Fame members will be honored. And you will be entertained by the famous
Capitol Steps who will perform up-to-the-minute political satire set to
music! Television and radio sports broadcaster and entertainer Johnny
Holliday will serve as the Master of Ceremonies.
Dress: Come to the Gala in your "upscale
casual," business or dressy attire, but please plan to attend and lend
your voice and support.
