This interactive workshop will offer AD/HD coaches a methodology for examining and negotiating challenging clients. Case studies will be evaluated using the methodology and participants will apply AD/HD coaching principles, practices, and requirements in new ways. By participating in this workshop, participants will increase their capacity to discern how best to move through and beyond coaching blocks to facilitate effective client/coach outcomes.

| Learning Objectives: | Coaching In and Out of the box.
1. Understand key elements, models and frameworks that inform an effective coaching response to challenging clients.
2. Explore client and coach issues that present coaching challenges.
3. Distinguish and apply fundamental AD/HD coaching principles, practices, and requirements and the negotiable variables that play a significant role in the coaching outcome.
4. Review benchmark of AD/HD coaching mastery described in terms of practice and outcome.
5. Understand and apply methodology to identify and coach through patterns that impede coaching progress. |
