Scholarships for Anaheim Education Conference
ORANGE COUNTY HEALTH CARE AGENCY
PREVENTION AND INTERVENTION DIVISION PROVIDES 100 SCHOLARSHIPS FOR THE
CHADD ANAHEIM REGIONAL CONFERENCE ON AD/HD
CHADD is happy to announce the receipt
of financial assistance for 100 scholarships to the Anaheim Regional
Conference, Ages and Stages of Learning and AD/HD, by the Orange County
Health Care Agency Prevention and Intervention Division. The scholarship
covers registration fees to attend the conference that will take place
at the Sheraton Park Hotel in Anaheim, California on May 22.
Scholarships are being awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis, one
scholarship per family/household.
Sessions
for parents, mental health professionals and adults with AD/HD will be

complete the application form and statement of commitment and fax to

3, 2009. Please note that the statement of commitment must be signed and
returned to us along with the application form.
